Rhinoceros CF's Ardhika Mustaqim got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Moises Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Åberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Rhinoceros CF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rhinoceros CF's Felix Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 96th minute of play. The Rhinoceros CF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Honduras's performance. The match ended with a win for Honduras.
