Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lukasz Gmoch kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Jonathan Venegas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MDS Soccer Club the free kick. The supporters of MDS Soccer Club booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zheng Di Xi having to interfere. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after MDS Soccer Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Lukasz Gmoch tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramón Brodel during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ramón Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lukasz Gmoch. In the 24th match minute, MDS Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Jacinto to maneuver through the defense. Erivaldo Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Lukasz Gmoch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 36th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zheng Di Xi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukasz Gmoch got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Zheng Di Xi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erivaldo Severo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erivaldo Severo in the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zheng Di Xi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ramón Brodel got his second yellow card in the match during the 63rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 64th minute, Ramón Brodel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Tomas Illescas in the 64th minute really tested Zheng Di Xi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Venezuela booed when MDS Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute Lukasz Gmoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Zheng Di Xi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Chiquinho Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zheng Di Xi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tomas Illescas. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armandinho Brasil in the 94th minute of play. MDS Soccer Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
