Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Walentin Julskov got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Egernføde Boldklub's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilfred Degener came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Walentin Julskov might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Walentin Julskov ran back to his position shaking his head. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vilfred Degener tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilfred Degener made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Ferdinand Rosenvad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vilfred Degener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Walentin Julskov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Vilfred Degener breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Walentin Julskov came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walentin Julskov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Egernføde Boldklub's Vilfred Degener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 46th minute of play. Arne Kem charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arne Kem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th match minute, Egernføde Boldklub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Kem to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Walentin Julskov went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Ferdinand Rosenvad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, Egernføde Boldklub's Ferdinand Rosenvad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Egernføde Boldklub's goalkeeper Vilfred Degener had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 83rd minute Ferdinand Rosenvad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilfred Degener made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Egernføde Boldklub's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 92nd minute, Benny Valfos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Walentin Julskov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Walentin Julskov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Egernføde Boldklub throughout the match.
