Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Christian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute Ulf Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Sebastian Villa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benjamin Blixt. KD Stiger's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Villa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulf Olofsson in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilgot Sandberg in the 24th minute of the match. Vilgot Sandberg took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With an all-out effort, Honduras's Benjamin Blixt threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Moises Tafalla, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Benjamin Blixt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to KD Stiger getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ernst Asmundsson hit a great ball. Sebastian Villa scored 2-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Blixt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the match, KD Stiger's Vilgot Sandberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulf Olofsson made a kick off. Benjamin Blixt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Honduras booed when KD Stiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Stark didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilgot Sandberg in the 59th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulf Olofsson. In the 63rd minute, KD Stiger's Benjamin Stark ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bo Almqvist in the 67 minute of the game. Esteban Carvallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Benjamin Blixt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KD Stiger's Benjamin Blixt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 74th minute of play. Benjamin Stark kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilgot Sandberg in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 88th minute of play forced KD Stiger's goalkeeper Benjamin Blixt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honduras's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vilgot Sandberg 90 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. After a rather tough play, KD Stiger's Benjamin Stark got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Blixt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Honduras lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
