Song Sheng Feng scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the game, Song Sheng Feng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Song Sheng Feng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 32nd minute, Song Sheng Feng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Song Sheng Feng in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 38th minute Song Sheng Feng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Song Sheng Feng in the 42nd minute of play. Song Sheng Feng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Camilo Gaos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 the free kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
