In the 45th minute, Milagros Fraga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when John Skytt made the kick off in the second half. John Skytt kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Luz Tejedor made a precise shot to the right of Joel Cristofor. NECKER49's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Skytt in the 58th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Cristofor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 77th play minute Isidoro Fagondo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rolando Noboa. 4-2. NECKER49 made a substitution. Leandro Haritzeder replaced John Skytt. In the 81stth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NECKER49's Joel Cristofor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Joel Cristofor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Joel Cristofor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind NECKER49's goalkeeper Joel Cristofor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Haritzeder in the 95th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Peru players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
