Brugge United were awarded a corner in the 98th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Waud Huijbrechts took the corner. When the final whistle went the supporters of Brugge United were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Chile side.
