Ovidiu Dincă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 28th minute of the match. Ovidiu Dincă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM- getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Anthony Bussi hit a great ball. Ovidiu Dincă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Lagiewniki in the 59th minute of play. Cristian Sancho made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s Ovidiu Dincă managed to reach the ball for a save. Cristian Sancho in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ovidiu Dincă, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s Ovidiu Dincă got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-.
