Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Zacarias Transito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. In the 10thth minute of the game Giovanny Van Wontergem who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Żuki Gnojarze's Zacarias Transito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 18th minute of play forced Żuki Gnojarze's goalkeeper Zacarias Transito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giovanny Van Wontergem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giovanny Van Wontergem's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Żuki Gnojarze's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Zacarias Transito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Luz Tejedor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Żuki Gnojarze's Zacarias Transito did a great save. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 30th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Milagros Fraga immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Emmanuel Reyes hit a great ball. Giovanny Van Wontergem's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Rolando Noboa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 44th minute, Giovanny Van Wontergem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Peru booed when Żuki Gnojarze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucky Reinders didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaroslaw Gniech hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Julian Murillo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanny Van Wontergem in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Seyhan Arısan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Żuki Gnojarze's Zacarias Transito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Żuki Gnojarze from getting a goal against them. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seyhan Arısan in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute Żuki Gnojarze were awarded a corner. Giovanny Van Wontergem went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Żuki Gnojarze's Filip Prosowski getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 73rd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Transito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Giovanny Van Wontergem notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Seyhan Arısan came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Żuki Gnojarze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seyhan Arısan couldn't finish the play. Rafael Gallo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Zacarias Transito made a huge save. If Antonio Tenorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Żuki Gnojarze's Zacarias Transito got control of the ball when Rafael Gallo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zacarias Transito had great luck who in the 93rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Rafael Gallo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Eliseo Mina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zacarias Transito quite easily take care of the ball.
