A collision led to Manchester United getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Xayvion Casillas hit a great ball. The supporters of Manchester United booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leron Sale didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes, Manchester United's Rähim Äzizbäyov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manchester United reached it. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cai Xuan Yi in the 13th minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Romon Oliver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jamaica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romon Oliver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Santamaria came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cai Xuan Yi in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romon Oliver during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Romon Oliver hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goalkeeper Argider Ferrero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Finlay Stair. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Santamaria in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Hulberto Carbajal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Santamaria in the 37th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 minutes of play, Manchester United's Ramon Messi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demonde Jacobson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hulberto Carbajal during the 43rd minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cai Xuan Yi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Xayvion Casillas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Demonde Jacobson, 0-3. Siro Santamaria showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. In the 79th minute of the match, Ramon Messi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Demonde Jacobson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 81 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naelio Ozaolaza. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Santamaria, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute Siro Santamaria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Siro Santamaria lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Demonde Jacobson. The Jamaica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Manchester United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
