Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Bonifaco Corrillos in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chile's Xavier Figueroa. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sabaneta FC's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Firman Urquizu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thiago Pliego. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kevin Mier. Kevin Mier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kevin Mier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stanislaw Cempa got free with Thiago Pliego in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Thiago Pliego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cássio Correia went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Kevin Mier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Mier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile were furious when Gerardo Pozo was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 42 minutes into the game, one of Chile:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rian Giggs made a kick off. In the 51st minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Mier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Casaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Kevin Mier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Chile booed when Sabaneta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rian Giggs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislaw Cempa in the 59th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Petri Romuroso came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Sabaneta FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chile:s goal. Sabaneta FC:s Kevin Mier showed great skill when he stopped Mariano Lacasa:s penalty. 67 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kevin Mier. Sabaneta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 76th minute Stanislaw Cempa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
