Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas made the kick off and thus started the match. 王 江志锋 came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. After having played for 10 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cholachat Coolcat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doug Las Casas in the 25th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Lindman who took care of the corner kick. Venezuela's Patricio Costa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sebastian Tolsson in the 32 minute of the game. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cholachat Coolcat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cholachat Coolcat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cholachat Coolcat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 43 minutes of play, Pajala Sunrise's 王 江志锋 made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Doug Las Casas made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Pajala Sunrise's Börje Axelsson got a free kick in the 51st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 王 江志锋 in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 71st minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Johannes Friberger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Heggert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Roger Heggert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 85th minute of the match, Tomas Illescas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cholachat Coolcat saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 90 played minutes Pajala Sunrise got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Friberger. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Heggert in the 94th minute of play.
