In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sociedad Deportiva Aboque's goalkeeper Aniol Paris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Toni Buenafuente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ioan Zărnescu ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 72nd minute.
