Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Marten Palermo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fede Gomes. Fede Gomes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 5 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Marten Palermo came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Everardo Colas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Everardo Colas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luca Zorita made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Belfegor FC's Simon Lapurdi. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fede Gomes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fede Gomes could save by the left post. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 22nd minute. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Fede Gomes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 25th minute, Modesto Bernal made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Bernal in the 29th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amos Menichini during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fede Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes Belfegor FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Belfegor FC's Fede Gomes did a great save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marten Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Modesto Bernal who took care of the corner kick. Belfegor FC's Modesto Bernal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fede Gomes came out and tried to block the shot, but Alberto Tafalla slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 43rd minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Facundo Cadaval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fede Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 61st minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Colas in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Fernando Diaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fede Gomes. Belfegor FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Belfegor FC made a substitution. Domingos Nabar replaced Simon Lapurdi. After 69 minutes, Fernando Diaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belfegor FC and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fernando Diaz hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fede Gomes was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 80 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fede Gomes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Bernal in the 84th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Modesto Bernal 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-3. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marten Palermo in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Dong Ming Qian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belfegor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. In the 95th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mexico fans cheered their team off the field, for while Belfegor FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
