Anfilogino Amicone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 17th minute of play. Anfilogino Amicone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rohan Watson in the 19th minute of the match. Toronto Marlies FC's Anfilogino Amicone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 20th minute of play. Gigel Bucur kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Carter George fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Amicone having to interfere. Jax Williamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Bucur, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The Canada fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Canada's Koby Wright looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Toronto Marlies FC's Anfilogino Amicone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rohan Watson in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Bucur in the 46th minute of play forced Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Toronto Marlies FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Canada were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koby Wright was the one to do the kick off. Toronto Marlies FC's Anfilogino Amicone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 50th minute of the match, managed to save Toronto Marlies FC from getting a goal against them. Anfilogino Amicone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 59th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rohan Watson got free with Anfilogino Amicone in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. Richard Mccarthy made in the 64th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Theo Burton immediately put the ball in play. Anfilogino Amicone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Burton in the 65th minute of the match. Toronto Marlies FC's Yetkiner Şems managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Richard Mccarthy in the 70 minute of the game. A nice corner shot did that Alfred John got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anfilogino Amicone quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 74th minute of the match, Theo Burton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anfilogino Amicone saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Toronto Marlies FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Dixon was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Filip Edwards advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-2 in the 76th minute. With a little luck, Toronto Marlies FC's Anfilogino Amicone got control of the ball when Luka Harris tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gigel Bucur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Toronto Marlies FC's Qin Xing Shu was substituted for Tomas Ånger. Alfred John got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luka Harris. Anfilogino Amicone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theo Burton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Bucur in the 93rd minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Prince Anderson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prince Anderson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Canada's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
