Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Melandru de Cenero's Xurdin Pena started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Norbert Dömötör hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute Everett Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurdin Pena in the 8th minute of play. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andrea Perez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Fontirroig in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Cienfuegos in the 14th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xurdin Pena in the 18th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Everett Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Calisto Durango stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Calisto Durango tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. 32 minutes into the game, Xavier Figueroa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chile's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Melandru de Cenero the free kick. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Xavier Figueroa hit a great ball. Melandru de Cenero's Andrea Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 34th minute of play. When Jose Manzanedo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Manzanedo couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Melandru de Cenero's Andrea Perez. Andrea Perez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Andrea Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrea Perez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrea Perez having to make a save. Andrea Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Norbert Dömötör kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Everett Gerber came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Melandru de Cenero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Everett Gerber couldn't finish the play. In the 69th match minute, Melandru de Cenero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calisto Durango to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Xavier Figueroa hit a great ball. Andrea Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 79th minute of the match. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everett Gerber in the 81st minute of play. Andrea Perez came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Andrea Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 86th minute of play. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Orlando Casaus sped through Melandru de Cenero's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andrea Perez. 93 minutes into the match, Melandru de Cenero's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Andrea Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Melandru de Cenero's Andrea Perez. Andrea Perez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Chile walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
