The crowd rose to their feet as Julian Murillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ermegildo Delgado. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Tormes, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Ermegildo Delgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milagros Fraga in the 11th minute of the match. After 12 minutes Asturcones d´la Abadía's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Milagros Fraga managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 15th minute Filomeno Tormes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Ermegildo Delgado in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Asturcones d´la Abadía's Ermegildo Delgado. Ermegildo Delgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ermegildo Delgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute Filomeno Tormes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemencin santillana hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alejandro Fernandez in the 28 minute of the game. Ermegildo Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luz Tejedor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Delgado having to make a save. With an all-out effort, Peru's Ermegildo Delgado threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luz Tejedor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Asturcones d´la Abadía's Gyula Szigligeti got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Tormes in the 35th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Clemencin santillana in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Alonso Berganza. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Julian Murillo hit a great ball. Ermegildo Delgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. It was a well-played corner which Eliseo Mina managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ermegildo Delgado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 56th minute. The corner led Peru's Moises Gayoso to fire away a dangerous shot which Ermegildo Delgado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 58th minute of play forced Asturcones d´la Abadía's goalkeeper Ermegildo Delgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Clemencin santillana in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Asturcones d´la Abadía's goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rd minute, Alonso Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xurxo Lagunas in the 71st minute of the match. Ermegildo Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milagros Fraga might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermegildo Delgado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milagros Fraga ran back to his position shaking his head. Asturcones d´la Abadía's Montrel Olmedo was substituted for Angelo Esteban. Asturcones d´la Abadía made a substitution. Enetz Carballeira replaced Filomeno Tormes. When Clemencin santillana fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asturcones d´la Abadía's protests and gave Clemencin santillana a yellow card for diving instead. Clemencin santillana hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. After 89 played minutes Asturcones d´la Abadía got a freekick which was hit by Clemencin santillana. Peru's Rafael Gallo got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Clemencin santillana in the 96th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. When Peru's Rafael Gallo in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Asturcones d´la Abadía's goalie prevented a goal. Peru's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
