Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rudy Verheije kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 8th minute. fc pertotal's Heiko Pinksteren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save fc pertotal from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, fc pertotal's Heiko Pinksteren got control of the ball when Agustín Saelices tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Heiko Pinksteren made a huge save. In the 17th match minute, fc pertotal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Degraef to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th match minute, fc pertotal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Keuppens to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 20 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Heiko Pinksteren. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. fc pertotal's Heiko Pinksteren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save fc pertotal from getting a goal against them. Heiko Pinksteren made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Heiko Pinksteren having to make a save. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Heiko Pinksteren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 40th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. fc pertotal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chandler Bing in the 42nd minute. Felix Montes's late challenge caught a fc pertotal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Montes helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Heiko Pinksteren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 53rd match minute, fc pertotal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Keuppens to maneuver through the defense. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after fc pertotal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led to Ecuador's Luis Andino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Heiko Pinksteren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Heiko Pinksteren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiko Pinksteren having to interfere. fc pertotal's Lander De Worteleer was substituted for Joachim Stenquist. After 83rd play minutes Daniel Zorita shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Heiko Pinksteren and just under the crossbar into goal. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiko Pinksteren having to interfere. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiko Pinksteren having to interfere. A collision led to fc pertotal getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Abel Keuppens hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Sebastián Puig during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
