Emanuele Capaldo scored 2-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pico Bădila came out of the goal and Abram Secada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A.c Tre dei Frati's Pico Bădila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Secada in the 93rd minute of play. Colombia succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though A.c Tre dei Frati had controlled the match.
