Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Manuel Keene got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tom Kyle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 12th minute of the match. 12 minutes in the game, Eliseo Noboa dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Tom Kyle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Tasis's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Owen Rush lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Scum Utd fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! Tom Kyle had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Axel Tasis's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Abel Carballo in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Scum Utd's Manuel Keene. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eldon Potts in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Eldon Potts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scum Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 30 played minutes Scum Utd got a freekick which was hit by Jacques Gallagher. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Scum Utd. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Everett Burke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scum Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Everett Burke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. After 36 minutes, Jacques Gallagher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Scum Utd and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th of the match, Everett Burke tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Benito Sanz got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 46th minute Daniel Costello suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. 46 minutes into the game, Eliseo Noboa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scum Utd the free kick.

A collision led to Scum Utd getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Manuel Keene hit a great ball. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Tom Kyle made a huge save. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Lautaro Puig might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tom Kyle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Puig ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Puig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Kyle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 75 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. After having played for 79 minutes, Everett Burke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scum Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everett Burke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Rubio hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 82 minutes, Juan Rubio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Scum Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Ali Bernal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scum Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Bernal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Axel Tasis scored 2-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tom Kyle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Scum Utd's Manuel Keene got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tom Kyle made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Lautaro Puig sent off a good shot on target.
