Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Julian Murillo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Helmuth Duckadam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 4th minute of play. Manuel Şoimu made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Ruscova's goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, FC Ruscova's Gustav Kvick sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emilian Marina kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Eliseo Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Alvarado. FC Ruscova's Emilian Marina shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rolando Noboa but with some difficulty. In the 30th minute of the match FC Ruscova got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emilian Marina ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Ruscova's Emilian Marina was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rolando Noboa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Helmuth Duckadam came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 41 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kian Natanael. After 45 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Julian Murillo. After the first half Peru were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kian Natanael was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to FC Ruscova getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Manuel Şoimu hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Helmuth Duckadam prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Helmuth Duckadam was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Peru were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after FC Ruscova's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Eliseo Mina made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that FC Ruscova's Helmuth Duckadam managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the FC Ruscova defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Helmuth Duckadam. The FC Ruscova fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Helmuth Duckadam should have stopped the shot. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kian Natanael in the 66th minute of play. After 73 minutes, Julian Murillo made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC Ruscova's Helmuth Duckadam tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Ruscova made a substitution. Aurel Trifan replaced Manuel Şoimu. 95 minutes into the game, Rafael Gallo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Helmuth Duckadam was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The FC Ruscova fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
