Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gottlieb Hammer got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Zielinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gottlieb Hammer. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gottlieb Hammer in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Elivélton Tavares was slow to take the kick. During this time Balus Treter's players had a chance to rest. Karsten Zielinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Gottlieb Hammer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Vilhelm Trulsson hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lautaro Mancebo sped through Balus Treter's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karsten Zielinski. 30 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Karsten Zielinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Zielinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Balus Treter's Ntinos Karsiotis got a free kick in the 34th minute. Karsten Zielinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 35th minute of the match. Gottlieb Hammer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Leonardo Leoz with Lautaro Mancebo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Karsten Zielinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Lautaro Mancebo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karsten Zielinski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Balus Treter's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Balus Treter's Karsten Zielinski did a great save. 67 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Gottlieb Hammer came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karsten Zielinski having to interfere. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Karsten Zielinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 91st minute Gottlieb Hammer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Facundo Cadaval hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Luca Rouco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's Elivélton Tavares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
