An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 11th minute of play forced FK Eldema Mstišov's goalkeeper Chiquito Flores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiquito Flores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Kubánek in the 30th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiquito Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 34th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 38th minute of play. 48 minutes into the game, FK Eldema Mstišov's Gabriel Šlapák nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leonard Kubánek was slow to take the kick. During this time FK Eldema Mstišov's players had a chance to rest. Chiquito Flores came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 92 minutes into the game, Jan Večeřa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FK Eldema Mstišov's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. After a rather tough play, FK Eldema Mstišov's Jan Večeřa got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Chiquito Flores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 93rd minute. Alberto Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chiquito Flores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head. Mexico's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
