The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ksawery Pilarczyk scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Borys Banach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ksawery Pilarczyk in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Sliwinski was slow to take the kick. During this time Gumisie Rybnik's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Tobiasz Blicharz. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Banach in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute of the match Edward Sliwinski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. After 22 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Edward Sliwinski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 34th minute Gumisie Rybnik were awarded a corner. Edward Sliwinski went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jakub Logewnik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 37thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gumisie Rybnik's Miromir Pazura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 4-0 became the score in the 39th minute when Ksawery Pilarczyk elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gumisie Rybnik's Miromir Pazura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gumisie Rybnik's Borys Banach got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miromir Pazura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Ksawery Pilarczyk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ksawery Pilarczyk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Borys Banach was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miromir Pazura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Banach in the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Borys Banach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borys Banach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miromir Pazura having to interfere. In the 81st minute Borys Banach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Gumisie Rybnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikolaj Biegun to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Gumisie Rybnik booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Banach in the 85th minute of the match. Patricio Costa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 89th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Tobiasz Blicharz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute Borys Banach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gumisie Rybnik.
