After 15 played minutes The North Face got a freekick which was hit by Cazimir Vidican. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 曹森适 in the 17th minute of play. Ioan Andone received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Ioan Andone slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Ioan Andone scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in The North Face's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basarab Baldovinescu came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind The North Face's goalkeeper Basarab Baldovinescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tomas Illescas scored 2-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basarab Baldovinescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 42 minutes into the game, Flavius Poplăcean was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The North Face's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Munita in the 47th minute of the match. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd minute, Ioan Andone left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The North Face fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 55th minute, Zula Kazczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 62nd minute of play forced The North Face's goalkeeper Basarab Baldovinescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in The North Face's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basarab Baldovinescu came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basarab Baldovinescu. The North Face's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Basarab Baldovinescu made a huge save. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas, in the 81st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match.
