In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pál Polyák got free with Rolando Noboa in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Pál Polyák tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 30th minute of play forced SITIO CITY's goalkeeper Cristiano Lage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, SITIO CITY's Pál Polyák dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 35th minute of play forced SITIO CITY's goalkeeper Cristiano Lage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pál Polyák showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 36 minute of play. Cristiano Lage made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Lage saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Pál Polyák hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Pál Polyák scored 3-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59th match minute, SITIO CITY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Onbera to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Julian Murillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pál Polyák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SITIO CITY's Cristiano Lage played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 66th minute of play. SITIO CITY's Pál Polyák got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SITIO CITY made a substitution. Jens-Erik Bryngelsson replaced Carlos Campelo. 87 minutes into the match, SITIO CITY's goalkeeper Cristiano Lage had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Cristiano Lage made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Luz Tejedor sent off a good shot on target. SITIO CITY's Cristiano Lage proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save SITIO CITY from getting a goal against them. If Carlos Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Garcia came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The SITIO CITY players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
