All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lei Lang Rong quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. CamaLeones's Lei Lang Rong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save CamaLeones from getting a goal against them. Juan Sebastián Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Topolski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lei Lang Rong was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 81 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. The CamaLeones players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
