USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. After 81 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Marco Baker. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Sharkin in the 87th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Sharkin went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by İbrahim Efe Akarsu in the 91st minute. VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. VC zoetwater were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over USA's much stronger midfield.
