Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Honduras's Edmundo Espiga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Macías Botello went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 8th minute, Cortez Ibern made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 11 minutes into the game, Rafael Sayavedra threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macías Botello, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute, Zenon Bispo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Miguir's René Vignal got control of the ball when Sebastian Villa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Miguir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Fabregas to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Sebastian Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cortez Ibern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Macías Botello's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Macías Botello in the 47th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Macías Botello made a kick off. Moises Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Miguir getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Rafael Sayavedra hit a great ball. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, Miguir's Rafael Sayavedra got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lautaro Navarro. 63 minutes into the game, Cortez Ibern recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro. Cortez Ibern showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. The supporters of Miguir booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Sayavedra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Sayavedra kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Rafael Sayavedra got a throw-in 80 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Caicedo Quejo. René Vignal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honduras were furious when Emanuel Ocampo was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Honduras! The referee gave Miguir a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rafael Sayavedra, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. 0-5. 91 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miguir the free kick. Edmundo Espiga kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Rafael Sayavedra made in the 97th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Macías Botello.
