Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 3rd minute of play forced GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Su Peng Jian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roger Magnusson in the 16th minute. In the 21st minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Peng Jian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Su Peng Jian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 34 played minutes GrassNuts FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Finnman. 37 minutes into the match, GrassNuts FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Su Peng Jian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Kent Stenman could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Kent Stenman tried to sneak it across the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pierre-Emile Højbjerg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Vitaliy van der Aa made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitaliy van der Aa went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When Vitaliy van der Aa came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the GrassNuts FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitaliy van der Aa couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Stenman, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 72 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pierre-Emile Højbjerg who took care of the corner kick.
