An unexpectedly hard shot by Xie Zheng Liang in the 26th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th match minute, TurboUC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Ángel Riesco to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salomón Avendaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. TurboUC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by John Snow in the 32nd minute. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Mariano Lacasa put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Orlín Rozas. After 44 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Fontirroig.

After 74 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlín Rozas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 80 minutes, Mariano Lacasa made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. TurboUC's Orlín Rozas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Miguel Ángel Riesco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Thiago Pliego when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Chile's Xavier Figueroa got a free kick in the 93rd minute. TurboUC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
