After 13 played minutes Stratton FC got a freekick which was hit by Dakota Moorby. Matt Sanderson kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Stratton FC defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lawrance See. The Stratton FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lawrance See should have stopped the shot. Lawrance See showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Bradshaw Waller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lawrance See made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Stratton FC's Lawrance See proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Stratton FC from getting a goal against them. 27 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lawrance See narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th match minute, Stratton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Sacchi to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Zoufalý in the 36th minute of play. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lawrance See. Lawrance See dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Jakub Zoufalý charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakub Zoufalý the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alessandro Sacchi to make the kick off. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute, Alessandro Sacchi made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stratton FC's goalkeeper Lawrance See, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaffery Tarrant in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Stratton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Lawrance See reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 minutes Stratton FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Warhurst, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Lawrance See didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After a rather tough play, Stratton FC's Brynn Andrews got a free kick in the 85th minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Stratton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brynn Andrews didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lawrance See was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dakota Moorby kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Jaffery Tarrant took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
