Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramón Camara having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andy Pool made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ramón Camara was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ramón Camara made a huge save. Ramón Camara made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Marcin Ogrodowicz hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute Andy Pool shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Campdora's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Ramón Camara, making the score, 0-2. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Ramón Camara made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Campdora.
