But to his dismay, Tuna Karal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tuna Karal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuna Karal in the 11th minute of play. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samir Afacan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Jim Gustad got a throw-in 31 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Aggelos Farmakas. Jim Gustad hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Beşiktaş çArşı's attentive Boudewijn Nelis managed to snatch the ball when Samuel Navarro made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Samir Afacan made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Santino Seco sent off a good shot on target. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Samir Afacan made a huge save. The Colombia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Beşiktaş çArşı were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Beşiktaş çArşı eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
