Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Dauwen was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Leo Dauwen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roni Coryn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Dauwen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Dauwen having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 69 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Charlie Vercalsteren who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Bacardi FC's corner Charlie Vercalsteren fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Karel Christiaens came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Dauwen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 90th minute of the match. It was a well-played corner which Juan Sebastián Puig managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoud Van Gestel in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bacardi FC had won after a very even match.
