Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mariano Lacasa made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonny Kleen got free with Thiago Pliego in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6th minute, Rigoberto Deunoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Indiano to maneuver through the defense. Tzvetoslav Desov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind SvE United's goalkeeper Tzvetoslav Desov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 16th minute of play forced SvE United's goalkeeper Tzvetoslav Desov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tzvetoslav Desov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes SvE United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. SvE United's Tzvetoslav Desov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tzvetoslav Desov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the game, SvE United's Hristo Stoichkov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. SvE United's Tzvetoslav Desov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Vitko Kozlov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 played minutes SvE United got a freekick which was hit by David Alaba. Rigoberto Deunoro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vitko Kozlov made a kick off. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitko Kozlov, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 60th minute of play forced SvE United's goalkeeper Tzvetoslav Desov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Tzvetoslav Desov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in SvE United's zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tzvetoslav Desov came out of the goal and Mariano Lacasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tzvetoslav Desov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 71st minute of play. Tzvetoslav Desov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Fontirroig in the 74th minute. In the 77thth minute of the game Hristo Stoichkov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Jonny Kleen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tzvetoslav Desov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After some careless play in the SvE United defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tzvetoslav Desov. The SvE United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tzvetoslav Desov should have stopped the shot.
