Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Alfons Stål made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute, Rikard Nyqvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 10th minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Alfons Stål got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Daniel Zorita got free in front of the goal in the 13th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Leo Björling was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 15th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Per Lagerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Collin in the 24th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Stål, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bondeträsk FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Bondeträsk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Haraldsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gisbert. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Nyqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Björling was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Felix Montenegro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Felix Montenegro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. With a little luck, Bondeträsk FC's Leo Björling got control of the ball when Luis Andino tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Leo Björling to make any attempt to save it. In the 73rd minute Oscar Haraldsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Leo Björling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bondeträsk FC's Oscar Haraldsson got a free kick in the 76th minute. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Bondeträsk FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led Ecuador's Felix Montes to fire away a dangerous shot which Leo Björling despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Bondeträsk FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Stål came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Leo Björling made a huge save. Leo Björling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Björling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Rikard Nyqvist came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Bondeträsk FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rikard Nyqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Alfons Stål ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3.
