Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Wlodzimierz Dziewulski sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Ziomkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Szymon Cipinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, CHMIELAKI's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Sebastian Ziomkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Ziomkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Dropinski in the 21st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CHMIELAKI's Sebastian Ziomkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 23rd minute of play. Wiktor Dropinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Ziomkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the CHMIELAKI defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Ziomkowski. The CHMIELAKI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Ziomkowski should have stopped the shot. 35 minutes into the match, CHMIELAKI's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Sebastian Ziomkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 minutes CHMIELAKI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Mexico's Luca Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Sebastian Ziomkowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 37 played minutes CHMIELAKI got a freekick which was hit by Maciej Tylinski. 38 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastian Ziomkowski. CHMIELAKI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Ziomkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 51st minute. Battal Gazi Vecdi kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, CHMIELAKI's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Sebastian Ziomkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wiktor Dropinski took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 60th minute, İshak Kandemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Dropinski in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 62nd minute of play forced CHMIELAKI's goalkeeper Sebastian Ziomkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Wlodzimierz Dziewulski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Ziomkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Dropinski came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Ziomkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 81st minute of play. When Facundo Cadaval, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 82 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Sebastian Ziomkowski was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 84th minute Wiktor Dropinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Mexico:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CHMIELAKI:s goal. The referee gave CHMIELAKI a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leonard Grabski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. 3-3.
