Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mariano Lacasa kicked off to start the match. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christian Orlan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Orlan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Christian Orlan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Emil Fărcășan got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute of the match Chile got a corner. CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thanks to some nice moves Mariano Lacasa could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Christian Orlan however easily saved by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Christian Orlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Christian Orlan made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. 25 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Orlan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Iigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Leo Iigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 35th minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Christian Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Udo Nigula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes of play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Udo Nigula made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhuo Chao Chuan's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Orlan having to interfere. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Renato Quadros was substituted for Jorge Pires.

57 minutes had been played when some careless play by CE LAJEADENSE RS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. In the 58th match minute, CE LAJEADENSE RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Ely to maneuver through the defense. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Bater Palma was substituted for Udo Nigula. CE LAJEADENSE RS made a substitution. Anísio Koehler replaced Caetano Saad. CE LAJEADENSE RS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 82nd minute, Guillermo Fontirroig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anísio Koehler got free with Thiago Pliego in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christian Orlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 87th minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Manzanedo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 91 minutes, Bater Palma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CE LAJEADENSE RS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bater Palma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by CE LAJEADENSE RS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Mariano Lacasa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CE LAJEADENSE RS's Christian Orlan did a great save. Chile were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after CE LAJEADENSE RS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. Chile were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing CE LAJEADENSE RS to leave the ground with a draw.
