Peru were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Que La Gente Crea's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Cristian Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 12th minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Julian Murillo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Que La Gente Crea's Cristian Vale tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Que La Gente Crea's attentive Benedicto Silbestre managed to snatch the ball when Eliseo Mina made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Ramone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Ramone, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Tomas Ramone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Que La Gente Crea's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Cristian Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Vale came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Que La Gente Crea booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luz Tejedor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Que La Gente Crea's Lorenzo Paul got a free kick in the 44th minute. Que La Gente Crea's Cristian Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonso Berganza in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Eliseo Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Ramone to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Luz Tejedor lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Cristian Vale. In the 57th minute, Milagros Fraga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Luz Tejedor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Que La Gente Crea's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Cristian Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Peru's Luz Tejedor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cristian Vale in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Que La Gente Crea's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Julian Murillo put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Cristian Vale. Que La Gente Crea's Aleksander Oryl was substituted for Tomas Ramone. After 72 played minutes Que La Gente Crea got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Oryl. In the 75th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Vale made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Milagros Fraga sent off a good shot on target. Milagros Fraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Cristian Vale made a huge save.
