With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Vaggelis Mitsiou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gladiator FC's Gustaf Albohm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Tenorio in the 93rd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Peru had played much better football throughout.
