Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Sandström in the 3rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Odin got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Sandström in the 23rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emanuel Månsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Odin. Alfred Sandström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. In the 35th minute of the match, Alfred Sandström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Alfred Sandström sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfred Sandström to strike the kick off in the second half. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Odin in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jarl Andreasson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 61 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jarl Andreasson. Tomas Illescas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 64th minute, Alfred Sandström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AIF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 71st minute, Alfred Sandström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in AIF's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarl Andreasson came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Andreasson having to interfere. Erik Odin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Månsson came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Sandström in the 83rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Sandström came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though AIF had controlled the match.
