Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute. The corner ended in Luis Andino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ajax Academy's Dragos Enicov did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Cacciatore in the 15th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonio Cacciatore was the one to do the kick off. After 58 minutes, Nicolae Carabulea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ajax Academy and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88thth minute of the game Antonio Cacciatore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After having played for 94 minutes, Antonio Cacciatore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ajax Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Cacciatore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Ajax Academy's Dragos Enicov got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
