If 朱傲义 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 魏亮宇 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerd Oolo in the 29th minute of play. The throw-in from 温森升 in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by China's Long Xiang Yuan. 33 minutes into the match, 延边朝鲜族足球俱乐部's goal looked a bit too open when 朱傲义 came free, but Máté Döbrögi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, 延边朝鲜族足球俱乐部's Gerd Oolo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 魏亮宇 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 朱傲义 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 朱傲义 to make the kick off. In the 56th minute of the game 卓宽晨 made a throw-in which 胡朋云 played forward. Gerd Oolo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 魏亮宇 having to make a save. 朱傲义 might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Máté Döbrögi. After having played for 85 minutes, Cadman 赵云 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. China's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cadman 赵云 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gerd Oolo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but 魏亮宇 made a huge save. 延边朝鲜族足球俱乐部's Máté Döbrögi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Long Xiang Yuan in the 90th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 96 minutes into the game, when Lu Zhan Jian put in a rough tackle. After 97 played minutes China got a freekick which was hit by Lu Zhan Jian. The audience thought a goal was coming when 卓宽晨 got free with 魏亮宇 in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. China fully deserved thier win.
