A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Eduardo Fontirroig hit a great ball. Eduardo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when 康西亦 came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 宋平国 in the 39th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Alejandro Villa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ☆冰谷☆☆绿茵☆NO. One the free kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Fernandino was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivia's zone, 曲然博 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and 曲然博 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of ☆冰谷☆☆绿茵☆NO. One booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso de la Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 曲然博 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Camilo Freixa made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Alejandro Villa got a free kick in the 69th minute. ☆冰谷☆☆绿茵☆NO. One made a substitution. 孟旭坚 replaced 范泉乐. In the 73rd match minute, ☆冰谷☆☆绿茵☆NO. One was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 李振勇 to maneuver through the defense. 李振勇 hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, 李振勇 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute of the match, 康西亦 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Camilo Freixa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 陆杰默 having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
