Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 严奕铮 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Emanuel Ocampo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 86 minutes into the match. In the 86th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 尤德城 during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, 尤德城 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honduras walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
