Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cătălin Grigore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Tasis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cazimir Chirilă firmly grabbed it by the left post. 12 minutes into the game, CS Ameserv 2019's Isac Hapaina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 15th minute of play forced CS Ameserv 2019's goalkeeper Cazimir Chirilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costa Rica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Tasis in the 16th minute. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cazimir Chirilă in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 18 minutes into the match, Eliseo Noboa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cazimir Chirilă, 1-1. Juan Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 25 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. When CS Ameserv 2019's Aristide Gherguț in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cazimir Chirilă was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. 43 minutes into the match, Eliseo Noboa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cazimir Chirilă, 2-1. Hugo Ferrant kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, CS Ameserv 2019's Viorel Costache broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 minutes, Alexander Carballo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the CS Ameserv 2019 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isac Hapaina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. The supporters of CS Ameserv 2019 booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isac Hapaina kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Aristide Gherguț kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cazimir Chirilă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute Lautaro Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Chirilă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 minutes, Cătălin Grigore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CS Ameserv 2019 and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Alcocer. With his leg Benito Sanz managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when CS Ameserv 2019's Aristide Gherguț fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cazimir Chirilă having to interfere. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the match was over CS Ameserv 2019 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Costa Rica throughout the match.
