Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Albano Oliverio took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the BWANA FC defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Mikeldi. The BWANA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Mikeldi should have stopped the shot. Nestor Mikeldi came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BWANA FC's Nestor Mikeldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BWANA FC's goalie prevented a goal. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Platon, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Domingos Jusepe was slow to take the kick. During this time BWANA FC's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Nunez Cristofor advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-3 in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Domingos Jusepe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Domingos Jusepe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albano Oliverio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Aquiles Honesto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, BWANA FC's Simon Suarez got a free kick in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 35th minute of play forced BWANA FC's goalkeeper Nestor Mikeldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 36 in the game by Albano Oliverio from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. Albano Oliverio took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 44th match minute, BWANA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Abascal to maneuver through the defense. BWANA FC's Nestor Mikeldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 45th minute of play. Froilan Abascal charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Froilan Abascal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Froilan Abascal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The BWANA FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Oliverio in the 51st minute of play. In the 54th minute, Agustín Saelices made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Mikeldi. BWANA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. A collision led to BWANA FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Lino Orain hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, BWANA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Nestor Mikeldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Mikeldi. BWANA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nestor Mikeldi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Nestor Mikeldi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 69th minute. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Nestor Mikeldi made a huge save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nestor Mikeldi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Mikeldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by BWANA FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Nestor Mikeldi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of BWANA FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nestor Mikeldi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 94th minute. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nestor Mikeldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador played a much better game than BWANA FC and deserved their victory. The BWANA FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
