Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Fletcher Pritchett started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A hard shot by Darryl Fink from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Benito Sanz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 11th minute, Fletcher Pritchett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When Alexander Carballo fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Alexander Carballo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Alexander Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 16 minutes, Darryl Fink managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blue Rock F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Darryl Fink was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th match minute, Blue Rock F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norman Robison to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Blue Rock F.C.'s Fletcher Pritchett ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Blue Rock F.C.'s Fletcher Pritchett. But to his dismay, Fletcher Pritchett quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Eliseo Noboa might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard Silver. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Noboa ran back to his position shaking his head. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fletcher Pritchett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fletcher Pritchett went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 47 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Fletcher Pritchett came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Tasis to strike the kick off in the second half. Edmundo Redd took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 60th minute. When Rudolf Baker came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Blue Rock F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rudolf Baker couldn't finish the play. Fletcher Pritchett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fletcher Pritchett in the 70th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 77th minute. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Rudolf Baker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. After 93 minutes of play, Blue Rock F.C.'s Josh Kemp made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Josh Kemp scored 7-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Blue Rock F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
