The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Isidro Arias hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Severo Ibon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Nel, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th match minute, CLATHU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Birjaio to maneuver through the defense. After 29 minutes, Aaron Dimas made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. CLATHU's Severo Ibon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. CLATHU's Severo Ibon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Bladi in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Bladi in the 35th minute of play forced CLATHU's goalkeeper Severo Ibon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severo Ibon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evelio Bladi's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. A collision led to CLATHU getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Baldomero Garcia hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denis Bastiaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jose Raebert lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 52 minutes into the game, one of El ABUELO FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave CLATHU a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Denis Bastiaro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of El ABUELO FC's Gaudencio Manny. 1-3. In the 63rd minute, Alfredo Joachim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Anastasio Frans made a precise shot to the right of Gaudencio Manny. El ABUELO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Jeronimo Cordarin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Severo Ibon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severo Ibon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeronimo Cordarin in the 72nd minute. Gaudencio Manny came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by CLATHU's Javier Sasoin. But to his dismay, Javier Sasoin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. 84 minutes into the match, CLATHU's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Nel came free, but Severo Ibon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CLATHU's Severo Ibon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Bladi in the 91st minute of play. Gaudencio Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 96 minutes into the match, CLATHU's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Bladi came free, but Severo Ibon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
